1. Get flat 10% off upto ₹1000 on domestic and upto ₹1500 on international flights with payments via ZestMoney.
2. The minimum booking amount to avail this offer is ₹3000 for domestic and ₹10,000 for international flights.
3. Use code: IXZEST for domestic & IXZESTINT for international flights.
4. This offer is valid once per user, per product per month.
5. This offer will remain valid till 28th February, 2023.
6. The offer is valid only on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
7. Offer is valid on m-web booking only.
8. The customer should be logged into his/her ixigo account to avail the offer.
9. The discount will be calculated on the booking amount (excluding convenience fee and any ancillaries purchased e.g. insurance.
10. Customer has to apply coupon code at the time of booking to avail this offer.
11. This offer is valid on payment made through ZestMoney only.
12. The offer is valid once per product per month which means user can avail one domestic flight offer and one international offer per month during the campaign.
13. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer available on ixigo.
14. In case of partial/full cancellation, the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the discount.
15. If the Customer cancels the flight after the discount amount is availed, ixigo will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply.
16. If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
17. ixigo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure events.
18. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking
19. In no event the entire liability of ixigo under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer.
20. ixigo shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
21. User Agreement and Privacy Policy at ixigo website shall apply.
22. Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, ixigo shall not refund the booking amount.
23. ZestMoney shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by the partner.
24. If promo code is mentioned as part of the communication (please refer Offer details tab) then customer has to use the code to avail the offer; in case the code is not used Discount/ Cashback cannot be credited back to customer at a later date.
25. Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
26. ZestMoney & ixigo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
27. This offer is valid for Indian residents and citizens only.
28. This offer is non-cashable, not extendable and non-negotiable.
29. Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 60 days from offer fulfilment date. Post such date; ZestMoney & ixigo will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from the cardholder.
