1. ZestMoney offers you a cashback scheme wherein timely payments of EMIs by the customers (“You” or “Your”) will be granted cashback of such amounts equivalent to the interest amounts paid by You (“Cashback”) to our lending partners (“Lenders”). To avail the cashback offers, you must purchase products or services from the [Atlys] (“merchant”).
2. You must have an active credit facility with ZestMoney to be eligible for this cashback scheme. Customers without an active credit facility can apply at: https://zestlife.page.link/ct5V, approval of the credit facility is at the sole discretion of ZestMoney.
3. Upon successful closure of the loan availed by you from the lenders, ZestMoney will process the cashback within 90 days from the date of closure of the said loan.
4. Our lenders will credit the cashback to your bank account (on our behalf) if you are eligible under this cashback scheme. Our lenders are acting strictly as a pass-through facilitation conduit to route the cashback to you. The cashback is exclusively provided by ZestMoney to you. Our lenders shall not be in any manner obligated or liable to process/credit cashback to you unless instructed by ZestMoney.
5. If You default in paying any of the EMIs or delay in paying EMIs in a timely manner, as per the repayment schedule provided by the lenders, You will not be eligible for the scheme. Your rights under this Scheme shall stand automatically extinguished/terminated.
6. The cashback payable by ZestMoney to you shall not in any manner alter, reduce, or waive your liability to repay/pay dues payable to our lenders. You shall not withhold, delay, or set off any repayment/payment obligations payable to the Lenders against the cashback receivable by You.
7. ZestMoney reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers provided herein at its own discretion.
