Please read through the Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) before entering into the “ZestMoney Deal Section – Weekly & Hourly” (“Giveaway”). You agree that by participating in this Giveaway you will be bound by these T&C in addition to the T&Cs available at  https://www.zestmoney.in/terms-and-conditions. Subject to the fulfillment of these T&C, the Prizes (as defined below) will be won by selected lucky winners. 

  1. WHAT DO YOU GET TO WIN?
    Stand a chance to win an OnePlus Phone OR OnePlus TV OR OnePlus Watch(“Prizes”) during Super Sunday (as defined below)
  2. HOW TO REDEEM OR WIN?

    • Transact through ZestMoney during Super Sunday and win exciting Prizes. 
    • 3 Lucky Winners will win one of the Prizes each 
    • Super Sunday is 12 AM to 12 AM on Sundays from 18th June, 2022 until notified.
  3. ELIGIBILITY:
    • The Giveaway is open to residents of India who transact through ZestMoney during Super Sunday. You must be 18 years of age or older as of their date of entry in this Giveaway in order to qualify. This Giveaway is subject to the laws and regulations of India.
    • By agreeing to participate, you agree that you have valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Indian Passport and you may be required to share the said documents with ZestMoney as and when requested. 
    • You will automatically forfeit your claim to the Prize if you do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&C. 
    • Further, if selected and eligible, you will need to claim the Prize within 7-Days from the notification date, failing which, you will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize.
    • The procedure of claiming the Prize will be as instructed by ZestMoney, wherein you may be required to visit appropriate web-links and provide requisite details. 
  4. The Giveaway is valid across all Merchants, both online and offline, that are live with ZestMoney (PAN INDIA).
  5. You shall make at least one transaction through ZestMoney during Super Sunday.  
  6. Winners will be announced within one week after the Super Sunday period ends. 
  7. Winners will be announced based on a Lucky Draw i.e., the winner(s) will be chosen randomly.
  8. Winners will get the Prizes within 45-Days from the first on-time successful repayment.
  9. Applicable Zero Cost EMI at the time of order will continue to apply to the remaining outstanding amount. 
  10. This Giveaway is being offered on a best-efforts basis. You are not bound to participate in this Giveaway. Any participation will be deemed to be voluntary and You will be deemed to have read the applicable terms and conditions.
  11. ZestMoney reserves the right to employ technological and other methods to prevent abuse of the Giveaway terms. You acknowledge that ZestMoney’s decision to take certain actions, including limiting access to your offer, placing holds, or imposing reserves, may be based on confidential criteria that is essential to our management of risk, the security of users’ accounts, comply with applicable laws and the otherwise protect the ZestMoney system.
  12. You agree that ZestMoney is under no obligation to disclose the details of its risk management or its security procedures to You.
  13. ZestMoney reserves the right to determine the winner and such determination shall be based on a metric that ZestMoney deems fit and as per the T&C laid down here and the standard terms and conditions available at https://www.zestmoney.in/terms-and-conditions. ZestMoney’s decision in this regard shall be final. 
  14. ZestMoney does not endorse the products purchased via ZestMoney and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales services of such products, which shall be at the sole liability and responsibility of the sellers and/or merchants. 
  15. You hereby agree to indemnify and keep ZestMoney harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits, and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by ZestMoney as a consequence of (i) violation of the terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct on Your part. 
  16. These T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India and the Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under theses T&C.
  17. Any query regarding this deal offer will be entertained only for 15 days from the date of your participation in the deal offer period. Post such timeframe ZestMoney will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this deal offer from any person.

  • What do I win? – In Giveaway during Super Sunday, three randomly chosen lucky winners will receive OnePlus products worth upto INR 1,00,000.
  • Am I eligible? – Every Zestmoney user is eligible for the Weekly Deal and Flash Deal. All you have to do is transact with Zestmoney during the offer hours.
  • How do I know if I am the Winner? – ZestMoney will inform you if your are one of the Winners through ________ .
  • How do I claim my Prize?- If you are one of the Winners, You will have to claim Your prize within 7 days of such announcement. If You fail to claim your Prize, You’ll be deemed to have forfeited Your claim on the Prize.
  • When will I receive my Prize? – Winners will get the Prizes within 45-days from the first on-time successful payment. For example, if You are a winner and if You had made a transaction on ZestMoney on 01.07.2022 and your due date for your first EMI on ZestMoney is 01.08.2022. Within 45 days of a successful repayment on 01.08.2022 will You receive the Prizes.
