  1. 50% cashback on processing fee offer is valid on loans taken in during the offer period.
  2. Maximum amount of cashback is Rs. 2000
  3. Only customers giving a missed call on the number shared (08071176156) on SMS/WhatsApp during the offer period will be eligible for the cashback. The acknowledgement SMS after the missed call is mandatory to claim cashback.
  4. Cashback for eligible transactions will be credited to the customer’s bank account in 2 parts, after the 3rd and 6th EMI repayment.
  5. Example – if customer is eligible for Rs 4000/- cashback, the cashback will be credited as per the following schedule:
    After 3rd EMI: ₹2,000
    After 6th EMI: ₹2,000
  6. If case of pre-payment, the upcoming cashbacks will not be credited to the customer.
  7. The customer will become ineligible for all outstanding cashbacks in case of any late EMI payment.
  8. Offer is valid only on transactions made between 8th Nov 2023 & 15th Nov 2023
  9. In case of partial or full cancellation of the order, the refunded amount will be reduced from the outstanding loan amount of the customer with ZestMoney.
  10. Any amount deducted before a refund will continue to be under the loan amount
