1. Cashback Offer Details:

• Customer will earn a Flat 10% Cashback of pre-closure amount on EVERY Eligible Loan that is pre-closed during the offer period. The maximum cashback amount that can be earned is Rs.4000 on every pre-closed loan.
• Cashback will be credited with in 5 working days after the pre-closure.
• Cashback will be credited to customer’s bank account that is connected with ZestMoney
• Cashback is eligible for all types of loans – shopping loan and personal loan – where the lender is NAHAR Credits Private Limited.

2. iPhone Offer Details:

• One lucky winner everyday will be eligible to get an iphone 15 – during the campaign period. Hence, there is a chance of total 5 iphones to be won.
• Lucky draw will be done based on a digital randomisation strategy.
• ZestMoney will not offer a choice on the colour or specifications of iPhone 15.
• The winners will be informed by ZestMoney from its official email id ( help@zestmoney.in) about their win and customers can share their current address on which they want to receive the iPhone on that same email. If the winning customer does not respond within 72 hours of being contacted by ZestMoney, the iphone offer will be withdrawn for the customer.
• iPhone will be delivered to the customer within 30 working days after the declaration.
• If customer is unreachable for delivery, ZestMoney will not be responsible for the delivery.
• This offer is applicable on preclosure of loans where the lender is NAHAR Credits Private Limited.

3. Interest Savings Details:

• Customers will able to save interest on the outstanding principal at the time of doing the pre-closure
• In case of any penalty or arrears, the customer will be liable to paying the penalty & arrears.

4. Zero Preclosure Charges :  The preclosure loans will have zero pre-closure charges.
5. Offer Eligibility:

• This offer is only valid during 1st Dec to 5th Dec 2023.
• Loans which are in arrears or default are not eligible for this offer.
• Offer is only valid for loans where the lender is Nahar Credits Pvt Ltd.
• This offer is not applicable for loans were the last EMI is due on 5th Dec 2023.

6. ZestMoney reserves the right to employ technological and other methods to prevent abuse of the Offer terms. You acknowledge that ZestMoney’s decision to take certain actions, including limiting access to your offer, placing holds, or imposing reserves, may be based on confidential criteria that is essential to our management of risk, the security of users’ accounts, comply with applicable laws and the otherwise protect the ZestMoney system.
7. ZestMoney reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, update or withdraw this Offer at any time without notice. Upon such premature suspension, inconvenience, cessation, withdrawal, termination or closure of the Offer by ZestMoney no person shall be entitled to claim loss of any kind whatsoever.
