Terms & Conditions

1. Customer would be eligible for flat 100% cashback on processing fee only if the transaction amount is greater than or equal to Rs 2 Lacs.
2. Customer would be eligible for flat 50% cashback on processing fee if the transaction amount is greater than or equal to Rs 1 Lac, but less than Rs 2 Lac.
3. Customer will transaction amount less than Rs 1 Lac will not be eligible for the cashback.
4. Cashback for eligible transactions will be credited to the customer’s bank account in 4 parts, after every 3 consecutive successful payments.
5. Example – if customer is eligible for ₹4,000/- cashback, the cashback will be credited as per the following schedule:
   

   After 3rd EMI	₹1,000
   After 6th EMI	₹1,000
   After 9th EMI	₹1,000
   After 12th EMI	₹1,000

6. If case of pre-payment, the upcoming cashbacks will not be credited to the customer.
7. Offer is valid only on transactions made between 24th Jan 2023 to 31st Jan 2023.
8. In case of partial or full cancellation of the order, the refunded amount will be reduced from the outstanding loan amount of the customer with ZestMoney.
9. Any amount deducted before a refund will continue to be under the loan amount.
10. ZestMoney reserves the right to employ technological and other methods to prevent abuse of the Offer terms. You acknowledge that ZestMoney’s decision to take certain actions, including limiting access to your offer, placing holds, or imposing reserves, may be based on confidential criteria that is essential to our management of risk, the security of users’ accounts, comply with applicable laws and the otherwise protect the ZestMoney system.
11. You agree that ZestMoney is under no obligation to disclose the details of its risk management or its security procedures to you.
